Are you someone that is having more negative emotions and thoughts than normal at the moment?
These current times are very challenging so I wanted to share what I am doing to help combat the emotions not serving me, and turn them into something that is. To help me stay in a state of joy rather than fear.
When I am in a state of fear and anger, I am not a happy mummy so I work on changing my state as soon as possible.
This little trick works wonders for me. I may have to release the same negative emotions many times throughout the day, but with this technique, I am done in under 60 seconds.
